

It's sad that it took her father's death to bring her to that point. It's a good springboard for a discussion on the question of whether success for a Christian is the same as the world's definition of success. I appreciated being able to read Daleigh's thoughts as she struggled with questions like "what is success?" and whether she wanted to return to the life of a Nashville singer/songwriter/musician. I'd say there was a bit more emphasis on the romance than the suspense. Genre is Christian Romantic Suspense, and it mostly lives up to that.
